    I don't really understand what people are complaining about - I have been here quite a few times and am pretty satisfied by the service. The customer service members are usually very polite. As for the stuffing-up of orders, you cannot deny that other restaurants have this problem as well. I come here after school and sometimes the line can span to the next restaurants so I'm not surprised by this - but we have to remember that everyone makes mistakes and it seems pretty justified to make a couple if you have that many customers.

    As for the food, the chicken can be a bit too oily sometimes but then again, it is deep fried chicken. The French fries are pretty good and I usually get these after school - they're really nice.

    Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with this place and if you end up at the Glen with not much time to eat, you can stop by this KFC.
